The legacy banking app had outdated UX, slow performance, and high crash rate (5%). Customers complained about user experience and security concerns. The bank needed to modernize to compete with fintech companies.

How we approached the challenge

We rebuilt the app with React Native featuring completely new UI/UX following Material Design standards. Integrated biometric authentication (Face ID, Touch ID), offline mode for basic features, and intelligent push notifications. Optimized performance with lazy loading and caching.
